The best harissa flavour! I like idea that chillies are crushed (not minced into powder). Has perfect balance of spices and nice olive oil taste..not too much garlic if any at all which is perfect...and ofcourse really hot!

We tried this at Olio Bello and liked it so much that we ordered it again online. We add this harissa to Moroccan style dishes to give it a kick and also often to baked eggs and tomato. It is spicy, maybe too spicy for some, but the overall combination of flavours is fantastic.
