There's something magical about the farm in Autumn. The busy holiday season has subsided and the property becomes a spectacular showcase of nature's abundant gifts with our olive harvest in full swing.

The ripening of the olives takes place from mid March, with the picking and processing to follow in April & May. Guests can wander through the olive groves and experience first-hand the heartbeat of the farm and our raison d'etre!

If you're lucky- you might even see our teams hand-picking the olives, or taste the new oil (Olio Nuovo) as it rolls in from our Italian Pressing Mill. It truly is a fantastic season and a little piece of Italy, right here in the heart of Margaret River.
