We partner with a 'dream team' of highly expert and experienced local suppliers, who know and love the property and work seamlessly together, to bring your vision to life.

Our 16 luxurious Lakeside Glamping bungalows are nestled around a giant 'love heart' shaped lake and offer a tranquil and convenient 'home base' to enjoy with family and friends. Accommodating from 32 - 40 guests, a stay at Lakeside Glamping includes daily breakfast basket, welcome farm gift and more! - our 'glampsite' also offers picturesque pre and post 'gathering' spaces for in-house guests, bbq facilities and a 10% discount on all Cafe, Restaurant and Farm Store items.

In addition, our stunning 'Arbequina Tent Suite' features an adjoining mini tent -which couples are 'gifted' from the farm, to provide a convenient extra space to use as a 'dressing room', 'make-up' studio, 'extra storage', or a quiet 'chill zone'. With 8000 olive trees and the tranquility of nature, our 'glampsite' retreat offers an organic and luxurious backdrop, for your special celebration.

For your off-site guests, The Margaret River region offers a wide range of fantastic accommodation options (including Gracetown), and we look forward to recommending nearby properties, to accommodate your guests.

To kick-start your planning process, we recommend that couples select some preferred dates for your special day. Please note that to hold your wedding at the farm - it's necessary to book all 16 Lakeside Glamping bungalows for a minimum of two nights. Our team will also go the extra mile to find the best dates and rates for all group bookings! Dates are subject to farm approval and may not be available during some key Public Holidays or seasonal celebrations. We also offer a unique 'Glamp n Plan' getaway to experience the property 'first-hand' and meet with key suppliers,etc.

Planning Your Wedding at the Farm

To bring your vision to life, we partner with a 'dream team' of leading suppliers in the region, who know and love the farm and understand our commitment to sustainability excellence and what it takes to create magic! There are a lot of moving parts to holding a wedding on a 320 acre certified organic farm and our partners go the extra mile to make things happen! To facilitate the process, Planners or Day co-ordinators are built in to several of our dream team's services to ensure an effortless flow from start to finish. If you need help, we can recommend suppliers, to suit your individual style. Whilst we prefer to partner with our dream team of expert suppliers, we are are happy to consider other creatives, to suit individual preferences.. Please note that to ensure the best match, all suppliers, must be approved by the farm, prior to engaging a service. The sky is the limit and we're proud to all work together in this special part of the world.
