Blood Orange & Elderflower Cordial

Made with fresh spray free local blood oranges infused with a hint of elderflower. Mix 1 part cordial to 4 parts chilled sparkling or still water. Enjoy as a mixer for your favourite cocktail or spirit. Add cubed ice and fresh mint for a refreshing summer drink. Make it into cordial and turn into a granita or flavoured ice blocks to add to punch.
