To create our 'Bella Balsamic' dressing, we've have combined our award winning Olio Bello extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), with the rich, naturally aged balsamic vinegar of Italy's Modena, which has been gently blended to a smoothness, with traditional ingredients of mustard, garlic and spices.

Repeat customer. Always buy in bulk. This is our go to salad dressing and definitely a favourite. Would love to be able to purchase larger 500ml bottle pictured but its never available. Perhaps remove it from the website.

It was time for my annual restock of this pantry staple. You used to be able to buy bigger bottles of this dressing, but I'm happy to have it, at any size. It's a perfect proportion of balsamic vinegar and olive oil to simply drizzle over tomatoes and burrata, green salad or dunk bread into. ❤
